We are looking for dynamic and passionate professionals to expand our sales network throughout the country. The goal is to competently, enthusiastically, and insightfully represent the world of SKINIUS to pharmacies and parapharmacies in your area of expertise, actively contributing to the spread of skin wellness culture.

WHAT YOU WILL DO - As a Multi-Firm Sales Agent (ENASARCO), you will report directly to the Sales Management and will be responsible for:

  • promoting and developing the presence of SKINIUS product lines in pharmacies and parapharmacies
  • managing, consolidating, and expanding the customer portfolio in your territorial area
  • proposing customized actions based on customer needs, in compliance with brand strategies and values
  • contributing to collecting field feedback to foster continuous improvement


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • individuals with proven experience in the dermocosmetic sector in pharmacies (minimum 3 years)
  • holders of a VAT number and active ENASARCO management
  • precise, serious, and reliable profiles, capable of organizing their work with autonomy and a sense of responsibility
  • with a strong results-orientation, attention to relationships, and a genuine predisposition for customer growth
  • proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, and digital tools for order management
  • curious, up-to-date individuals with a positive, communicative, cheerful attitude consistent with our #happycells approach

SKINIUS is looking for a new resource to join its Administration and Accounting department, within a growing organization that is increasingly structuring its administrative and accounting functions.

The role will work closely with senior resources in the department, progressively gaining autonomy and responsibility.

🧾 What you will do

• manage administrative and accounting activities at an operational level, following structured procedures
• handle data recording, allocation, and accounting
• support account management and closing
• collaborate in the preparation of accounting statements, budget forecasts, and final accounts
• manage administrative documentation and both physical and digital archiving
• identify any anomalies or irregular situations, supporting the management of corrective actions
• work in coordination with more senior figures in the department, who will remain your operational reference

To strengthen our product and scientific communication department, we are looking for a professional specialized in Marketing & Scientific Communication, with a scientific background and a strong passion for the world of skincare.

What you will do

• contribute to the development of the marketing strategy and the management of dermo-cosmetic lines for the pharmacy and professional channels.

• define the strategic guidelines regarding scientific and marketing communication for assigned products (scientific content, product rationales, positioning, target, key messages per channel and related technical materials, launch plans, ADV campaigns, technical materials, presentations and documentation for the medical, pharmaceutical, and aesthetic classes)

• support and train the sales force: preparation and updating of promotional materials, organization of training, providing scientific and commercial arguments

• design and implement scientific training programs for dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and pharmacists

• organize and conduct group training sessions, online webinars, and educational meetings

• coordinate events, congresses, and training activities

• collaborate with opinion leaders and industry professionals, supporting the brand's scientific relationships

• analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and key metrics, contributing to strategic product choices

• ensure the strategic, scientific, and value consistency of all content

• ensure compliance with current regulations and cosmetic and dermo-cosmetic guidelines for activities and materials

Responsibilities

Who we are looking for

• degree in scientific disciplines, such as Biology, Pharmacy, CTF, Medicine, or similar

• experience in the cosmetic or dermo-cosmetic sector

• excellent knowledge of the pharmacy channel and the dermatological target

• fluent English, written and spoken

• excellent command of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• experience in the autonomous organization of events and congresses

• proactivity, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills

• aptitude for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
