The person we are looking for is a Sales Clerk with experience in the role, preferably coming from companies operating in the cosmetics sector.

Position to be defined based on the candidate's experience

We are looking for a self-employed professional in the dermocosmetic field (pharmacy channel and at specialist doctors in the sector) who represents SKINIUS in his Region/Area.

The free zones are: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Marche, Molise, Piedmont, Puglia, Sardinia, Sicily, Tuscany, Trentino-Alto Adige, Umbria, Val d'Aosta, Veneto.

The profile sought will report to the Sales Management and will have the task, as sole agent, of promoting and marketing the SKINIUS lines.

In particular, the resource will have to deal with:

  • plan and organize the daily work program with autonomy and diligence
  • manage customer relationships throughout all stages of the sales cycle
  • accelerate the sell in/sell out of each individual point of sale
  • continuous training for pharmacy staff
  • information and training on new products and new launches
  • manage consultancy actions aimed at visual merchandising and marketing promotions/initiatives for each point of sale
  • resolve customer complaints by examining problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to Sales Management
  • prepare and share activity, results and planning reports to be presented to the Commercial Management

Position Requirements:

  • preferably a degree in scientific disciplines (pharmacy, biology, natural sciences, CTF, etc.), ICQ or proven experience in the field
  • VAT number and ENASARCO management
  • knowledge of the dermocosmetic sector and previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role in the sector
  • results-oriented and truly committed to customer growth
  • knowledge and use of the Office package, in particular Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • excellent familiarity with the use of smartphones and tablets
  • positive attitude, smiling and #happycells

The person we would like to add to our team is passionate about cosmetic and nutraceutical products, knows the reference market, and has a visionary and innovative approach to industry trends.

The profile will report to the Marketing and Communications Department with the following tasks:

  • continuous scientific training of management customers (already existing and potential), of the sales network and of the medical class aimed at consolidating the sales network
  • support for the editorial strategy based on scientific dissemination through the use of digital and traditional channels
  • monthly forecasting analysis in collaboration with the sales and demand planning department, checking deviations from the plan (saleable and promo)
  • produce product communication and argumentation materials, including visual merchandising, trade marketing, promotions
  • support in organizing online and offline training events
  • Update on current market changes and trends
  • plan and track all activities, in order to direct reporting results to ownership
  • define specific reports and analyses, sharing results and aligning objectives with the area manager

Position Requirements

  • degree in scientific disciplines (pharmacy, biology, natural sciences, CTF, etc.) or ICQ
  • familiarity, interest and predisposition for digital channels and marketing projects
  • passion and knowledge of the dermocosmetic and dermatological sector
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role in the sector is preferable
  • business acumen, ability to work independently and on multiple projects
  • available and flexible to travel to Italy to visit clients and potential clients
  • multidisciplinary approach, strategic vision, attitude to innovation, ability to cultivate contacts by establishing positive relationships with potential business partners to expand markets and give life to collaborative projects
  • knowledge and use of the Office package, in particular Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • available for travel in Italy
  • fluent spoken and written English
  • positive attitude, smiling and #happycells
