Today, as always, Dr. Mariagrazia Boniardi is the spearhead at the helm of the company, providing scientific and strategic direction to all areas. Alongside her, there are her children Alice and Andrea, an integral part of the growth and development of the brand, who joined the company during the early years of development, acquiring over time roles of responsibility in guiding SKINIUS towards the future.

Alice Di Pietro graduated with honors in corporate communication in Milan, also training in the United States between New York and UC Berkeley in San Francisco. After 10 years in science journalism, in 2014 she joined SKINIUS to start, structure and develop the brand, creating and developing the areas of communication, marketing, digital, national and international sales, focusing in particular on scientific training. In 2024 she won the WE Award Special Prize, is one of the Unstoppable Women of StartupItalia and since 2022 she has been part of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Cosmetica Italia, embracing a dynamic, innovative and kind vision of leadership for the future of the cosmetics industry.

Andrea Di Pietro graduated from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies, with an experimental thesis on an innovative method of releasing active ingredients in oral drugs and supplements. Since 2017, he has contributed to the company's growth in the Research & Development, Operation and Management divisions. His important formulation, organizational, technical and scientific expertise has contributed to the company's growth by developing new formulation technologies, optimizing processes and implementing rigorous company protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of innovation, quality and sustainability.
