How to buy
To make purchases on Skinius.it you do not need to be registered. However, we recommend that you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
Product Search. Discover best sellers and the most interesting products directly from our proposals on the Home Page, choosing an area of interest or a skin need from the navigation menu. Or use the internal search of the site.
Product information. On each product sheet you will find usage advice, all the basic information (price, quantity, how to use), item availability, the INCI list, and possibly additional material such as videos, tutorials, photos. Click on the product image to enlarge it and view the complete packaging.
How to buy. From the menu on the left of each page, you can directly access the category of the products you are looking for. Once you have identified the desired product, you can obtain more information by clicking on the image or description. Inside the product details there is the 'Buy' or 'Buy Now' button. A click on the latter will insert the chosen product into the cart where you can also change the information relating to the quantity you wish to purchase.
Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything.
Cart. For each product in the cart, the following are listed: name, quantity, unit price, total price, VAT, and the delete option to remove the product from the cart (in case of indecision or second thoughts, it is always possible to remove the product from the cart that you do not want to purchase). After checking your personal and shipping data, you can confirm the purchase and then proceed to payment.
After confirming the order and making the payment it is not possible to modify the details, add or delete products.
Promo codes: coupons and discount vouchers.
With promotional codes you can access promotions and exclusive initiatives. To receive promotional codes, sign up for the Skinius newsletter. To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code in the appropriate field in the cart. One or more discount codes can be applied to each order depending on the promotions currently in effect. If the code is invalid, check the validity dates and categories to which the promotion applies in the newsletter received.
Cancelling orders. Once confirmed, the order is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.
Shipping to Italy. Shipping costs to Italy are €6.99 including VAT for all orders of €50.00 including VAT or less. They are free for orders of €50.00 including VAT or more. Our shipments are so fast and reliable that you will only have to worry about opening the package and enjoying your Skinius products. We ship your order from our warehouse at the operational headquarters in the province of Milan. We guarantee delivery within 48 hours for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00. For Sicily and Sardinia, delivery may take an additional day. The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, during office hours, excluding public holidays. In the event of extraordinary events (for example but not limited to: strikes, earthquakes, pandemics, demonstrations, etc.) we cannot guarantee compliance with delivery times.
It is not possible to indicate the delivery time or day. We recommend that you choose an address where you are easily reachable. The courier will try to deliver the order for three consecutive days, leaving a card with a telephone number to contact him again. After three delivery attempts, the package will be sent back to our warehouse.
Shipping to Italian free zones (e.g. Livigno and Campione d'Italia). Unfortunately, our e-commerce does not currently handle invoicing without VAT. However, you can contact our customer service (costumerservice@skinius.it) for more information on shipping costs and customs charges. We are not aware of the amount of customs charges, which will instead be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination. The payment of any customs charges is the responsibility of the customer and their amount is calculated by the law in force in the country of destination of the shipment. In the event that the charges are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipping costs and customs charges themselves will be withheld from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.
Shipping to Europe and Internationally. We ship all over Europe. If your country is not included in the list or is outside of Europe, please contact our customer service (costumerservice@skinius.it) to get a quote for shipping costs. We are not aware of the amount of customs charges, which will be communicated to you by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination. Payment of any customs charges is the responsibility of the customer and their amount is calculated by the law in force in the country of destination of the shipment. In the event that the charges are not paid and, for this reason, the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipping costs and customs charges themselves will be withheld from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.
The UK left the EU Single Market and Customs Union on 1 January 2021 and a customs border was established between the UK and the EU. Due to these and other changes, please expect delays to shipments crossing the UK-EU border and you may be charged customs charges which we are not aware of and which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Payments
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
The credit cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Mestro, Diners, JCB. Using your credit card to purchase on the Skinius website is easy and immediate. To guarantee maximum protection, the transaction will be carried out on the bank's secure server. All data is transferred in encrypted form using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate and is therefore not interceptable by external parties. The data is entered directly on the SETEFI website managed by Mercury Payment Services SpA (from 15/12/2016 Setefi SpA is no longer part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group and has changed its name to Mercury Payment Services SpA), thus guaranteeing maximum security. The amount of the order is charged at the time the order is acquired.
PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL
PayPal, an eBay group company, is a fast and secure payment system. Once the order is completed and the PayPal payment method is selected, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where he can access his account by entering his personal email address and password. After registration, it is possible to proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter the data, even for subsequent purchases.
By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the PayPal account, credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express), assigned prepaid card (PostePay) or to your current account. PayPal protects the buyer's information as no financial information is passed. For each transaction carried out with this method, a confirmation email will be sent from PayPal. The order amount is charged at the time the order is acquired. In case of cancellation, the amount is refunded to the Customer's PayPal account.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
If you choose to make purchases on the Skinius website by paying with Bank Transfer, we remind you that your order will be processed only after the sum has been received on our current account (generally 1 to 3 working days after making the transfer). PAYMENT WITH AMAZON PAY
Amazon Pay makes shopping easier by allowing you to use the information already stored in your Amazon account to complete purchases on the (seller name) site. You don't need to remember any other logins and passwords than the ones you already use for your Amazon account. It's an easy and safe way to shop online. Amazon Pay doesn't share your payment method information with anyone else. If you use Amazon Pay, you don't need to share your payment information with anyone else.
Once you have made a payment via Amazon Pay, you cannot cancel it. However, you can make returns and request a refund of the amount spent by taking advantage of the guarantees offered by Amazon. Purchases made via Amazon Pay are in fact protected by Amazon's "A to Z Guarantee", which allows you to make returns and receive a refund of the amount spent in the event that you do not receive the goods or in the event that you receive damaged goods (except for digital services and gift cards).

Art.1 General Conditions
All prices are indicated in Euro and include VAT.
Shipping is free (only in Italy) for amounts over €100.00. For lower amounts a fixed amount of €6.99 will be charged. SKINIUS srl cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the order. Unless otherwise specified by our Customer Service or by the designated carrier, delivery is considered to be at 'street level'. The goods travel at the recipient's sole risk.
Art.2 Delivery time
If requested by email or phone, our customer service will be able to indicate the possible date by which the delivery will be made. This date is not binding.

Art.3 Acceptance of the order / Conclusion of the contract
The purchase of the requested item will be completed through the following phases: by sending the order, the Customer transmits a proposal to purchase the product or products chosen. Sending the purchase order implies consent to receive subsequent communications aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. At the end of the purchase procedure, an email is generated with the assignment of an 'Order Number' that must be used in all subsequent communications. The actual availability of the requested goods in stock is verified and if they are not available, you will be contacted to redefine the order. At this point, we will deliver the requested item to the express courier responsible for carrying out the delivery to the indicated address. Payment by the Customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of purchase.
Art.4 Checks upon receipt
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps); any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the lack of correspondence in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by writing "RESERVE OF ACCEPTANCE" on the courier's proof of delivery. Without this wording, once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 5 days of delivery. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or by telegram, always sent within the aforementioned 5-day period.
Art.5 Stock
In the event of failure to collect the material stored in the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, the delivery will be automatically cancelled. In this case, a refund procedure will be applied for the price paid excluding the order management costs of € 15.00. In the event that you intend to receive the material anyway even after the end of the free storage period, it will be the recipient's responsibility to take care of it. The extra storage costs will be entirely borne by the recipient.
Art.6 Returns and complaints
Any complaints must be addressed exclusively to our sales staff at the email address costumerservice@skinius.it or by telephone. If you wish to return the goods , in accordance with Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products. To make the return, the product must be intact and unused. Download this form and send it, duly completed and together with the products to be returned, to the following address:

The costs for returning the products are borne by the customer.
Art.7 Reviews
If you post a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You agree to waive the right to be identified as the author of such content and your right to request waiver of such content.
Use of the content you provide will not cause injury to any person or entity (including those to whom the material is not defamatory). You agree to indemnify Skinius for any claims brought by a third party against Skinius arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these warranties.
Art.8 Applicable law
The sales contract with the Customer is understood to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian Law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of Milan.
