Since early childhood, Dr. Mariagrazia Boniardi has lived with sensitive, reactive, and intolerant skin, characterized by atopic and seborrheic dermatitis, sun intolerance with erythema and redness.

Dr. Boniardi, after graduating with honors in Biology, dedicated herself to science education and, at the same time, collaborated on important research projects.


Dr. Boniardi, always fascinated by cellular biology, understood how phospholipids could be used to transport small anti-aging substances like glucosamine, a precursor to hyaluronic acid. This led to the creation of the Fospidina complex, which has remarkable regenerative properties capable of improving various skin imperfections.
It all started in a home-office and a small space in the home garage that served as a warehouse. In January, she founded SKINIUS and, in July, began marketing the first product in pharmacies: FOSPID Active Serum, based on Fospidina. The market response was surprising.


Dr. Boniardi's formulating skills create a strong synergy with the dermatological experience of dermatologist Prof. Antonino Di Pietro, who, as scientific consultant, participated in the patenting of the Alukina complex, with drug-like results to rebalance skin affected by bothersome dermatitis. Alukina initiated the ALUSEB line for seborrheic dermatitis and the ALUSAC line for acne-prone, impure, combination, and oily skin.


The appreciation for SKINIUS and Fospidina is unstoppable, so much so that it has earned its first scientific publication in the Journal of Plastic Dermatology. The article illustrates an important clinical study conducted on 160 patients to demonstrate Fospidina's significant anti-aging action as a skin regenerator.
The first line of SKINIUS Nutraceuticals food supplements is born, with the aim of supporting the effects of dermocosmetic products.


DELIKA Micellar Water is launched, a 4-in-1 cleanser that tones, soothes, removes makeup, and has an anti-aging effect, leaving skin hydrated, toned, elastic, firm, and radiant. The first line of travel-size products is also launched, maintaining the same formulas but in smaller, easily portable packaging.
The SKINIUS MILANO amenities line is launched, distributed worldwide, along with a dedicated kit for patients of the prestigious La Madonnina Clinic in Milan. We celebrate our first 10 years with a beautiful party in the magical Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan.


COVID-19 presented significant challenges, prioritizing employee safety and customer continuity. With increased attention to personal hygiene and self-care, we have worked to meet new needs with the first beauty accessory, DELIKA Towel, made from 100% recyclable cotton, an excellent dermatological fabric.


An important project is underway to streamline positive actions in line with our ethical and sustainable approach to environmental, social, and governance responsibility.
The DERMAGENIA line is born as a Copernican revolution in the dermatological world for sensitive skin. A holistic psychodermatology skincare protocol that combines sensory formulas. A pharmacist defined it as "a formulating miracle."


The "SKINIUS Beauty Suite" project is underway, led by Alice Di Pietro, for aesthetic treatment rooms in the best pharmacies and medical practices. This project features functional dermo-regenerative aesthetic protocols (face, body, hair) performed with the dedicated professional line SKINIUS High Dermo Treatments. SKINIUS's reach is expanding internationally with its entry into the European market in collaboration with NET-A-PORTER, a world-leading luxury e-commerce platform known for its premium selection of prestigious brands. SKINIUS is the first and only Italian skincare brand to be featured on this prestigious international e-shop with a temporary e-shop.
SKINIUS, with its ALUSEB line, launches the DERMA MESE Seborrheic Dermatitis, a social prevention campaign with the scientific support of the dermatological scientific society ISPLAD (International Society of Plastic-Regenerative Dermatology) to provide free consultations to citizens.
In the same year, the first international distribution in the Baltic countries began.
