I have found a payment error, what can I do?

I have made the transfer but the status of my order has not been updated, how come?

We will change the status of your order as soon as we have confirmation from the bank of your payment. You will usually have to wait between 2 and 4 working days, and the timeframe varies depending on the bank. To speed up the process, remember to include your order number in the reason for payment.

I paid with AmazonPay and I don't see the order in my account. How come?

If you pay with AmazonPay, the order is shown as a "guest" because you did not have to create an account. You can still check the payment details in your Amazon account. If you would like to open an account on the SKINIUS site, you can do so at any time using your Amazon email (so you can keep your track).

How does payment by instalments work with Scalapay?

One of our payment methods is Scalapay, which allows you to buy and receive products immediately and pay for them in 3 equal and convenient monthly instalments. There is no additional cost if the instalments are paid by the due date. Upon confirmation of your order, you will be charged for the first instalment (one third of the total value of the order) and the next two instalments will be charged in the following two months. Can I request an invoice for my order?

Yes, in the shopping cart you can select the invoice request and enter the necessary data for its correct issue. You will receive the invoice by email from our administration.

I made a mistake when completing my order, can I add, change or remove products?

Unfortunately not. If you wish, you can cancel your order and place a new one, provided that it is not already being processed. Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to change orders that are already in process or have been dispatched, in which case you will have to place a new order containing the forgotten product. 

What is PayPal?

PayPal, a company of the eBay group, is a fast and secure payment system. If you are a PayPal user you can choose to pay with your account or with your credit card connected to this portal. 

If you do not have a PayPal account you can choose to pay with this payment method anyway and select "Pay with a card" to take advantage of the service.
